Although this isn’t strictly true for everyone, there is a large part of this that applies to people who find anxiety takes over their lives. Yes, some people are stuck in situations beyond their control but in many cases, if you can heal your mind, unravel the confusion of emotions & feelings & become confident in your decisions to move forward in life, it could be the best move you ever make.
